Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the wheel of brie in the center of the pastry.
- Spread the raspberry jam over the top of the brie, and add a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing it completely, and brush the top with the egg wash.
Baking
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
Allow the brie to sit for a minute before cutting for easier slicing. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
