Preparation
- Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the seasoned roast on top of the onions.
- Add chopped carrots and potatoes around the roast.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic, then pour over the roast and vegetables.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the beef is tender.
Serving
- Serve the pot roast with the vegetables and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
