Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3-4 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3-4 carrots chopped
  • 3-4 potatoes cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Toasted for added flavor, optional.
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Place the seasoned roast on top of the onions.
  4. Add chopped carrots and potatoes around the roast.
  5. In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic, then pour over the roast and vegetables.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the beef is tender.

  1. Serve the pot roast with the vegetables and enjoy!
