- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in your egg and vanilla extract, blending until creamy.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet, being careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop generous dollops onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle more chocolate chips and flaky sea salt on top.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
