Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix until combined.
 - Transfer the mixture to the lined baking pan and flatten it into an even layer. Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
 
Baking
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until you see golden edges and the bars look set.
 - Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
 
Notes
These bars last about 1 week in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer. Store in an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper. For a quick treat, microwave for a few seconds to enjoy warm.
