  • 4 pieces hoagie rolls
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz salami
  • 4 oz capicola
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer salami on the bottom half of each roll, followed by capicola, mozzarella, provolone, and banana peppers.
  4. Drizzle each sandwich with olive oil.
  5. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
