Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together diced potatoes, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the veggies out on a baking sheet.
  4. Nestle the Italian sausages among the veggies on the sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  2. Garnish with parsley before serving.
