Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix it with panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Coat the chicken breasts with the panko mixture, pressing it onto the chicken to adhere.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  2. While the chicken is baking, in a small saucepan, heat honey and hot sauce until combined and warm.
  3. Once the chicken is done, drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add more hot sauce to the honey mixture if desired. Serve over a bed of greens or with steamed veggies for a complete meal. This dish stores well; refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts for a juicier option.
