  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Make pockets to stuff
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Take the chicken breasts and make a pocket in each by slicing them horizontally, but don’t cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
  2. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For leftovers, store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature or use a microwave.
