Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Take the chicken breasts and make a pocket in each by slicing them horizontally, but don’t cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
For leftovers, store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature or use a microwave.
