Chicken Tenders Ingredients
  • 1 lb Chicken breasts Cut into strips
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch are recommended
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For spraying or drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce like honey mustard, ranch, or BBQ.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Freeze for up to 3 months and reheat at 375°F.
