  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix mango puree, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to create a luscious marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken strips in the mango glaze for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a pan or grill over medium heat.
  2. If using skewers, thread the marinated chicken onto them.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
