Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples.
Baking
  1. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  3. Sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter.
  4. Add the remaining batter, then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar on top.
  5. Swirl with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Finishing Touch
  1. While it cools, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze, then drizzle it over the cooled bread.
  2. Slice and enjoy!
