Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the apple cider vinegar and honey (if using).
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal parts and shape them into bagels by forming a ball and then creating a hole in the center.
Baking
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Wet hands when shaping the bagels to prevent sticking. Flatten them slightly if you prefer wider bagels. If you want a savory twist, add herbs to the dough.
