Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for a more potent flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Skewers
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes Can use frozen chicken, make sure it’s fully thawed before marinating.
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) Metal skewers can be reused to save money.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well, ensuring each piece is coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For extra zing, toss in some red pepper flakes for a spicy kick! These skewers will last about 3-4 days in the fridge and can be frozen for about 3 months.
