Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the pickles to your desired thickness. Thinner slices get crispy faster!
- Set up a breading station: add flour to one bowl, beaten eggs to another, and breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper in a third bowl.
- Dip each pickle slice first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat well.
- Place the breaded pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or oil to enhance crispiness.
Cooking
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Serve with ranch dressing, spicy mayo, or tzatziki. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
