Ingredients
  

Chicken Preparation
  • 2 large large chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 whole whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing optional, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. If your chicken is thick, slice it in half for even cooking.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
Assembly
  1. Lay each tortilla flat. Divide the sliced chicken among them, then add 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and spinach leaves to each wrap.
  2. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Cooking
  1. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes until they look golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can freeze them for up to 2 months and reheat in the air fryer for a crisp texture. For extra crunch, brush tortillas with olive oil before air frying.
