Method
Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. If your chicken is thick, slice it in half for even cooking.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken and let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
Assembly
- Lay each tortilla flat. Divide the sliced chicken among them, then add 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and spinach leaves to each wrap.
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Cooking
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes until they look golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can freeze them for up to 2 months and reheat in the air fryer for a crisp texture. For extra crunch, brush tortillas with olive oil before air frying.
