  • 1 piece lemon (juice and zest)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese on both sides.
  3. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Add lemon juice and zest to the butter and garlic, swirling to combine.
  6. Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the chicken and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Tip: Don’t skip toasting the garlic—it makes all the difference. Serve with steamed veggies or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
