Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place small heaps of shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Top each mozzarella heap with a slice or a few pieces of diced pepperoni.
Baking
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the pan for 5 minutes.
- Once crisp, transfer to a plate and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature, reheating in the oven for a couple of minutes if necessary. Customize with different toppings or cheeses for variety.
